1. Eat breakfast every day: When you wake up each morning, your body is running low on fuel because you had your last meal nine or ten hours ago! So, obviously, you need to re-fuel to your body by eating.
This is the main reason why breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Most people will eat a small breakfast (most of the time too small!), a medium sized lunch and a large dinner. If you eat this way you will make losing weight incredibly hard on yourself.
In order to lose weight, you need to do things in reverse. This means that breakfast should be the largest meal of the day (and it definitely should not be skipped), and your dinner should be the smallest one! For example, if you have a large dinner, you will most likely go to bed soon after. Your body cant burn all those extra calories while youre asleep, not unless you do a lot of sleepwalking. No, your body will instead store them as fat!
If you eat your largest meal during breakfast, your body will have an entire day to break down the food and burn off all those extra calories. This means that you will cease all unnecessary weight gain!
2. Sugar causes weight gain: Sugar is a major cause of weight gain. The human body can convert sugar into fat deposits really fast. Sugar can give you a speedy burst of energy when you think you need it, but it will also cause cravings, which inevitably lead to weight gain.
Then obviously you will eat more and more sugary foods and continue to put on more and more weight. I suggest that you replace sugary foods with healthier alternatives such as potatoes, rice, natural fruits and vegetables, bread, pasta, etc. Just remember, sugar = bad glucose, healthier alternatives = good glucose.
3. Water speeds fat loss: Drinking plenty of water is essential for losing weight naturally and staying healthy! Remember that no matter how much water you drink you wont gain weight, water cant convert into fat. And if you have a hard time waking up in the morning, it is probably because you are dehydrated.
Remember that your body requires sufficient water in order to maintain even minor bodily functions. If you don't supply it with enough water, it will begin storing water instead of flushing it out. This results in increased weight gain, which is not fun!
